What Is Simone Rewards?
Simone Rewards is our free loyalty program in Australia and New Zealand where you can earn points every time you shop and unlock exclusive member benefits, rewards and discounts.
How do I join?
Simply create an account on our website here or sign up in-store.
Will I receive anything for joining?
Yes - New members receive a welcome reward of $20 and 100 points when you log in to your account. Plus you get access to exclusive offers and rewards.
How do I view my points balance
Log in to your account online to view your points balance, or ask a team member in-store.
How do I redeem my points?
Log in to your account to see how many points you have. To redeem your points, select the reward you wish to use at checkout. You will then be emailed a unique code.
How do I earn points?
You will earn points every time you shop with us online or in-store, refer a friend and more.
I'm based in New Zealand — can I join Simone Rewards?
Simone Rewards is open to all customers, including those shopping from New Zealand. Please note that our loyalty program operates in Australian Dollars (AUD) meaning your points and reward vouchers will be calculated and issued in AUD, regardless of the currency used at checkout.
Do points expire?
Yes - Your points expire after 12 months of inactivity.
Can I redeem my points in-store?
Yes - You can earn and redeem points in in-store.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No - There is no limit. The more you shop, the more points you can earn. Plus you can earn points in other ways too.
I completed an activity but didn’t earn points!
It can take a few minutes for your points to appear in your account portal. If you still cannot see your points please reach out to our customer service team.
Can I redeem points during checkout?
Not directly. You’ll need to redeem your points for a voucher first, then apply it at checkout.
How do I add my Simone Rewards card to my Digital Wallet?
Log in to your account and click add to wallet. Scan the QR code and follow the prompts.
Can I earn & redeem points in David Jones?
Yes - You can earn and redeem points when you shop Simone Perele products in David Jones.
Can I earn & redeem points at The Iconic?
No - You cannot earn Simone Rewards points when shopping at The Iconic.
If I make a return will my points remain the same?
No - If you return an item, the points earned on that purchase will be reversed.
If I refer a friend will I automatically get my $20 voucher?
As the referrer you will only be awarded your $20 voucher upon a successful purchase made by the referee.
