INTRODUCING

Rozalia Russian

Rozalia Russian is a prominent Melbourne-based fashion influencer, model, and entrepreneur known for her sophisticated, minimalist style and successful brand collaborations.

Formerly a ballerina, she transitioned into social media, becoming one of Australia's first major content creators and now runs a successful podcast with friend Lana Wilkinson call The Achieve. It exposes the unfiltered truths of fashion, social media, and everything in between.

We sit down with her to ask her on what International woman’s day means to her.

What does International Women’s Day mean to you?

International Women’s Day is a moment to pause and really acknowledge how far women have come but also how much work there still is to be done. For me, it’s about celebrating strength, resilience, and the power of connection between women. It’s also deeply personal I think about the example I’m setting for my daughter, the friendships that have carried me through hard seasons, and the responsibility we all share to lift each other up.

This year the IWD focus is Give to Gain. How do you use your platform to give a voice to the women in your community?

Through my podcast 'The Archive' and social platforms, I try to create space for honest conversations  the highs, the struggles, and everything in between. Whether it’s sharing stories of motherhood, career pivots, burnout, or confidence, I want women to feel seen and supported. I also love spotlighting other women  founders, creatives, mums, and friends  because representation matters. If someone hears a story and feels less alone, that’s a win.

IWD is a movement powered by collective effort. How do you think you can make a positive difference for women?

I believe real impact comes from small, consistent actions. For me, that looks like supporting women owned businesses, amplifying voices that deserve to be heard, and being open about my own journey the messy parts included. I also try to lead with kindness, encouragement, and honesty. If I can help even one woman feel more confident, more capable, or more connected, then I know I’m contributing in a meaningful way.
