"I recently purchased the Love Me silk robe from Simone Pérèle, along with the matching chemise and camisole, and I absolutely loved the design, silk quality, and color, everything looked beautiful! I was also thrilled to find a matching set in 100% silk at such a reasonable price, as I’m already a fan of their lingerie. However, I had to return the robe because the S/M size was simply too large. It fits more like a size 10-12, and I’m typically a size 6, so the fit was way off for me. It’s disappointing that Simone Pérèle's sizing begins at a size S (10), as it would be nice to see an XS option for those of us smaller than a 10. Additionally, I found that the robe could really benefit from an internal waist tie to help it stay closed and provide a more fitted shape. Without it, the robe tended to fall open, and the waist could have looked more structured. I also noticed the sleeves were quite short and the shoulders narrow, so unfortunately, I didn’t feel it would be worth getting altered. For the price, I think an internal waist tie is a small but significant detail that could improve both the look and functionality of the robe. It’s a shame that these fit and design details didn’t work out, because the material and overall design are lovely."
