Simone Rewards - Member Terms and Conditions

Simone Rewards is the loyalty program operated by Simone Pérèle Pty Ltd (ABN 87 007 320 461) for customers in Australia and New Zealand. By joining, you agree to be bound by these Member Terms and Conditions. Please read them together with our Terms of Service, Returns & Exchanges Policy , Privacy Policy and any applicable Competition Terms.

1. Definitions
  • Anniversary — the date on which a Member joined, recurring each year.
  • Day — a 24-hour period ending at 11:59pm AEST/AEDT.
  • Effective Date — 29 April 2026.
  • Join Date — the date a Member joins Simone Rewards.
  • Member — an individual who has signed up to Simone Rewards.
  • Member Emails — emails sent by Simone Pérèle to a Member, including about their membership, the program, special offers, discounts, competitions and events.
  • Member Profile — the personal details held for a Member.
  • Points — loyalty points earned by a Member under the program.
  • Rewards — rewards or benefits given to Members as a result of purchasing behaviour, incentives and/or promotions.
  • Simone Pérèle / we / us / our — Simone Pérèle Pty Ltd (ABN 87 007 320 461), its related entities and authorised representatives.
  • Spend Balance — the total value of a Member's Valid Purchases counted toward their tier within a 12-month period from their Anniversary.
  • Technical Issues — the malfunction of any telephone network, connection, online system, server, computer equipment or software, or traffic congestion on the internet or any website.
  • Valid Purchases — all purchases except gift cards, delivery costs and selected merchandise that we determine is not eligible to earn Rewards. Returned purchases are not Valid Purchases.
  • Website — www.simone-perele.com.au, and www.simone-perele.com.au/en-nz where the current program details and these Terms can be found and where Members can monitor their status and Member Profile.
2. General

These Member Terms and Conditions, the operation of the program, and any promotional or loyalty transactions arising from it are subject to our Returns Policy, Privacy Policy and Competition Terms (as amended from time to time), and are to be read in conjunction with our Website Terms of Service and other relevant Simone Pérèle policies.

We may modify these Terms at any time, in our absolute discretion, without prior notice. We will not apply any modification retrospectively in a way that reduces Rewards a Member has already validly earned. Nothing in these Terms is intended to contravene any applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL); if any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it is to be read down or severed without affecting the remaining provisions.

Subject to a Member's rights under the ACL, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of the cancellation, termination, modification or suspension of the program, the payout of any Rewards, or the resetting of any Spend Balance. We will not be liable for any tax liability a Member incurs in connection with the program or the provision or use of Rewards.

We will not be liable for any Member Email that is misdirected, lost or not received, or for any Technical Issues affecting a Member's computer or device.

We may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the program (or transfer Members to another loyalty program operated by us or a related body corporate or associated entity, as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) at any time, and reset Spend Balances, at our election. We may also cancel, terminate, modify or suspend a Member's participation if we believe the Member has engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity or breached these Terms.

We may require a Member to provide proof of identification (in a form we request) to verify the authenticity of their membership and compliance with these Terms. Failure to do so may result in termination of their participation.

Any failure or delay by us in exercising a right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised officer of Simone Pérèle.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

3. Privacy

We collect personal information from Members to operate the program, and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy . Members' personal information will not be shared, sold, rented or disclosed other than as described in that policy, and will be stored on secure servers in controlled facilities in Australia and overseas. We take all reasonable steps to keep it secure.

The security of information sent to us electronically or by post cannot be guaranteed, and we cannot accept responsibility for misuse, loss or unauthorised access where the security of that information is outside our control. If you suspect any misuse or loss of your information, please contact us immediately. Where information is accessed overseas, we may not be obliged to ensure overseas recipients comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

By joining, you consent to us contacting you with consumer or marketing information and notifying you about Rewards, products and special offers.

4. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals residing in Australia and New Zealand, is free of charge, and is limited to one account per person, identified by a unique email address. Members may not transfer their account or Rewards to another person.

To join, create an account using a unique email address via the Website or in-store. When joining in-store, a sales consultant will record your full name, email, mobile number, postal address and birthday at the register. It is your responsibility to keep your Member Profile accurate and up to date — if your details are incorrect, we may be unable to contact you about your membership, Rewards, offers or competitions, and Rewards can only be allocated to a unique email address.

An individual becomes a Member on their Join Date and is allocated to a tier based on their qualifying spend. Accounts suspected of misuse, fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms may be suspended or terminated at our discretion. You may end your membership at any time by contacting our Customer Service team on 1800 PERELE (1800 737 353) or at support@simone-perele.com.au. If a membership is terminated, all outstanding and future Rewards become void.

5. Welcome Offer — $20 Off When You Join

New Members receive $20 off when they join Simone Rewards, valid for 14 days from issue. This is an invitation-only offer issued on enrolment.

Redeemable:

  • Online at simone-perele.com.au and simone-perele.com.au/en-nz
  • In Simone Pérèle Flagship and Outlet stores in Australia only

Not redeemable:

  • At David Jones, The Iconic, or any other stockist
  • For cash, or against a prior purchase or an existing lay-by
  • On third-party supplier products, which are excluded from this offer

The Welcome Offer is single-use only, non-transferable, non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or expired. Redemption may be subject to a minimum purchase amount (where stated) and product availability, and is subject to these Terms.

6. Earning Points

Members earn Points through the following activities:

Purchases — Silver tier: 1 Point per AUD $1 spent*

Purchases — Gold tier: 1.5 Points per AUD $1 spent*

Purchases — Platinum tier: 2 Points per AUD $1 spent*

Sign up to mailing list: $20 Welcome Reward (see Section 5)

Create an account: 100 Points

Complete your profile: 100 Points

Birthday reward: 300–1,000 Points by tier (see Section 8)

Follow us on Instagram: 50 Points (once per account)

Follow us on Facebook: 50 Points (once per account)

Leave a product review: 80 Points (once per product)

Download your digital wallet card: 50 Points

Refer a friend: $20 for you and your friend (see Section 9)

*Excluding taxes, shipping and discounts. Points are earned in AUD and are credited to the Member's account on the day the transaction is made. NZ customers earn Points in Australian dollars, not the NZ-dollar amount charged by their bank.

We may withdraw, cancel or vary Rewards at any time in our absolute discretion, including Rewards awarded in error, to which a Member is not entitled, or earned fraudulently. Rewards cannot be sold, transferred or assigned, are not redeemable for cash, gift vouchers, gift cards, cheques or credit notes, and are not legal tender.

7. Tiers and Spend Balance

Members are allocated to a tier based on their Spend Balance over a 12-month period from their Anniversary. All Valid Purchases (including GST) contribute to a Member's Spend Balance. Spend Balances are not transferable.

Silver: $0 – $499 annual spend (incl. GST) — earn 1 Point per $1

Gold: $500 – $999 annual spend (incl. GST) — earn 1.5 Points per $1

Platinum: $1,000+ annual spend (incl. GST) — earn 2 Points per $1

A Member may move to a higher tier at any time once their Spend Balance qualifies. On each Anniversary, a Member's status is re-assessed: depending on their Spend Balance over the preceding 12 months, they will either retain their tier or move down a tier, and will remain in that tier until the next Anniversary unless they qualify to move up sooner. We will notify Members by email when they become entitled to a Reward or change tier.

8. Tier Benefits

Welcome Offer: $20 off on joining — see Section 5.

Double Point Promotions: We may designate promotional periods as Double Point Days, when Members earn Points at twice the standard rate on eligible purchases. Members are notified by email or SMS; participation is automatic on making an eligible purchase during the period. Double Point Days are time-limited and may carry exclusions and conditions set out in the relevant communication. Points are credited in line with standard processing timelines.

Birthday Reward: Members receive birthday Points once every 12 months on their registered birthday (see table below). To qualify, a valid date of birth must be in the Member Profile at least 14 days before the start of the Member's birth month. Birthday Points are credited on the Member's date of birth, confirmed by email. They are non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Exclusive VIP Sale Access Exclusive access to VIP Sales held at our discretion, varying in timing, duration and offer throughout the year. Eligible Members are notified by email or SMS.

9. Refer a Friend

Members may invite friends to shop at Simone Pérèle using their unique referral link, gifting the friend a $20 voucher. A $20 referral reward is credited to the referrer once the referred customer completes their first purchase. Referral rewards apply only to first-time purchases made by new customers using the Member's unique referral link.

10. Redeeming Points and Reward Vouchers

Members may redeem accumulated Points for the following Reward Vouchers:

There are two ways to redeem your Points. At checkout: log into your Member Profile, add your products to your cart, and apply your available Points against your purchase at checkout.

Via your rewards page: log into your Member Profile and select an available voucher based on your Points balance. A confirmation email containing a unique voucher code will be issued, valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Enter the code at online checkout, or present it in-store for a staff member to apply.

Reward Vouchers may be redeemed only at Simone Pérèle flagship and outlet stores in Australia, or online at simone-perele.com.au. They are not valid through third-party retailers or stockists, including David Jones and The Iconic.

Once Points are redeemed for a voucher, the transaction is final; the Points are deducted and the voucher is recorded in the Member's account history. Reward Vouchers are single-use only, non-transferable, non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be combined with other promotions, discounts or offers unless we expressly permit it.

Points expiry: Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned and expire automatically if unused. In addition, if an account is inactive (no earning or redemption activity) for over 12 months, all accumulated Points expire. We accept no responsibility for notifying Members of impending Points expiry.

Subject to the ACL, we are not liable if Rewards cannot be redeemed for any reason, including due to a Technical Issue such as software, hardware or EFTPOS failure.

11. Returns, Cancellations and Points Adjustments

When a Member returns a purchase (in-store or by post), the net transaction amount is deducted from their Spend Balance and the Points previously awarded are adjusted or reversed. If an online order is cancelled, we may adjust or reverse the Points awarded for that transaction.

For returns where goods are not faulty or misdescribed, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
