Article 1 - Organization Simone Pérèle Australia, PTY LTD is organizing a free contest with no obligation to buy entitled Wish it, Add it. Win it from Friday 14th - Wednesday 19th November 2025 inclusive on the social media account https://www.instagram.com/simoneperele_australia. According to the terms described in these rules, here in after the "Game".

Article 2 - Participants

This game is open to all natural persons of legal age, with the exception of employees of the Organizing Company and members of their families. Participation is strictly nominative and not limited to one participation per person for the duration of the game. The Organizer reserves the right to proceed with any verification to ensure compliance with this rule. Participation in this game implies full and complete acceptance of these rules by the participants.

Article 3 - Terms of participation.

To participate in the competition , people must sign up to Simone Rewards and add their Simone Perele selected items to their cart for their chance to win them all, up to $1000 AUD and be following the Simone Perele Australia Instagram account: https://www.instagram.com/simoneperele_australia.

The mandatory information to participate in the contest is as follows:

They must new Simone rewards loyalty members.The participant must fill their cart with Simone Perele product up to  $1000, for the chance to win.

Any participation made contrary to the provisions of these rules will render the participation invalid. Any participant suspected of fraud may be removed from the contest by the Organizer without having to justify it. Any identification or participation that is incomplete, erroneous or illegible, whether intentionally or not, or made in a form other than that provided for in these rules, will be considered invalid.

Article 4 - Prizes

The prizes at stake will be the following: Simone Perele items of the customers choice up to $1000.The commercial value of each prize is determined at the time of writing and cannot be disputed.

Article 5 - Drawing

The Organizer will organize a draw on Friday, 20th November 2025, at the headquarters of the Organizer located at 263 Brunswick rd, Brunswick, Victoria, Australia. Any false, erroneous and/or incomplete declaration drawn will be considered null and void.

Article 6 - Announcement of the Winner and delivery of the prize

The Winner will be informed, after the draw, by direct message to the profile indicated during registration for the contest. The Winners will specify by return direct message to the Organizer the information necessary to receive their prize, i.e. an e-mail address for the product to be sent to.In the absence of a return from the winners within fifteen days after the sending of this announcement by direct message, the Organizer will be obliged to cancel the prize. It is agreed that in the event of a stock shortage or any other reason that does not allow the prize to be provided, the Organizer will offer the winners a prize of an equivalent nature. The latter may not claim any compensation from the Organizing Company in this regard.The prizes may not be exchanged, taken back, converted into cash or transferred to a third party. Similarly, these prizes may not be the subject of requests for compensation. They cannot be attributed to another person than the beneficiary participant. In case of return of the prize for any reason whatsoever, no return will be made, the prize will be considered permanently lost.

Article 7 - Liability

The Organizing Body may not be held liable if, for reasons beyond its control, the operation, its terms and conditions and/or the prize were to be postponed, modified or cancelled in part or in whole.The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any prejudice of any kind (personal, physical, material, financial or other) arising from participation in the Contest.The Organizer shall not be held responsible for the loss and/or theft of the prize and/or delays in its delivery due to the postal services or its total or partial destruction for any other fortuitous event. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for this.

The rules can be consulted directly on the website They may be sent free of charge to any person who requests them from the "Organizer". The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the game at any time, particularly in the event of force majeure, without the participants being able to claim any compensation.
