RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our Returns Policy applies both to Online and In-Store throughout Australia, providing it meets the following criteria.
- Your item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date
- Your item must not have been worn or washed
- Your item must have the original tags still attached
- Your item must be in saleable condition
- For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for briefs, bodysuits and shapewear
- You must provide a proof of purchase which can include one of the following:
- Store receipt
- Order Confirmation
- Packing slip if bought online
If your item does not meet all of the requirements above, we reserve the right to not process your return.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN PURCHASED FROM ONLINE
Online purchases are returned to head office via the pre-paid returns label that you received in your original package. If you have misplaced your returns label, for further assistance contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Alternatively you can return your item to a Flagship Simone Pérèle store if bought online - but you can only exchange it for an item that is of the same value or more.
If you require a refund, you can only return the item to our head office using the prepaid returns label. If you want to return or exchange your item after you've bought it online, your item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Step 1: Fill out the Online Returns here OR complete the returns form included in your package.
Step 2: Send your item to us via postage using the pre-paid returns label.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your request to be processed. Once your return has been processed by our team, you will receive a confirmation email.
Get a replacement Returns Label

If you have purchased an item online at David Jones, you can only return it to David Jones.
If you have purchased an item online at Myer, you can only return it to Myer.
If you have purchased an item at The Iconic, you can only return it to The Iconic.
HOW TO RETURN A PURCHASE AT A STORE
If you have purchased an item in our Flagship store, you can only return it to any Flagship store.
If you have purchased an item in an Simone Pérèle Direct Outlet, you can only return it to an outlet.
If you have purchased an item in David Jones, you can only return it to David Jones.
If you have purchased an item in Myer, you can only return it to Myer.
If your return is successfully processed, you will be refunded the money back to the original payment method that you used in the initial transaction. (eg Cash, Credit Card, PayPal or Afterpay).
Under no circumstances will we refund the money back into a different card/account other than the method used in the initial transaction.
If your item was bought using a gift card, you will receive any remaining amount on a gift card *for store purchases only.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?
If you send an item back to us for a refund that you've bought online, it will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the item.
If you purchased in-store, the refund will be actioned immediately.
REFUNDS WITH AFTERPAY
If you return your items before your first Afterpay payment is due you, these amounts will be removed from your Afterpay plan and you will not have to pay for them.
If the payments have already been made when you return the items, the amounts will be removed from your Afterpay payment plan and/or the initial payments refunded.
It's important to keep up your Afterpay payments while your return is in transit back to us as Afterpay charge late fees for any overdue payments
If you have purchased multiple items but only wish to return certain items and keep your favorites this is still fine! We'll just remove the items you have returned from your Afterpay payment plan. Your original installment amounts will remain the same and your final payment/s will be less or canceled depending on the return amount. You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your updated payment schedule at any time.
FAULTY OR SAMPLE ITEMS
There are two options:
- Contact firstname.lastname@example.org
- Go into your preferred store and speak with a consultant about the issue with the faulty product on hand.
If you've bought a sample from one of our Simone Perele Outlets, you cannot return it. If you've bought a sample item, it will come with a ticket with a giant "S" on it. *All sample sales are considered final.
