For over 75 years, Simone Pérèle has remained guided by the values that define our brand — kindness, inclusivity, solidarity and humility. We have a deep awareness of the social and environmental challenges facing the world today and we are committed to taking meaningful and lasting actions.

In 2021, we launched the Simone Cares program, with our ongoing commitment to creating a more sustainable future for our brand. Our program focuses on responsible practices across our lingerie collections, eco-conscious packaging and community initiatives, while continuing to deliver premium craftsmanship, supreme comfort and french elegance that define the maison.

Today, sustainability remains at the heart of our brand. By combining innovation, responsible design and timeless French lingerie expertise, Simone Pérèle continues to create premium lingerie with a more mindful approach for the future.

Each season Simone Cares debuts new eco-friendly ranges and continually looks to pivot towards greener packaging across its online and flagship stores as its on-going focus.

Simone Pérèle continues to combine over 75 years of heritage with positive action; seeking ethical craftspeople to showcase the brand’s unique artisanal techniques and investing in new eco-friendly materials and practices. Considering lingerie complexity where the average embroidered or lace bra comprises of 25 material inputs it is no easy task. This is slow fashion at it’s finest.

SIMONE CARES is just the beginning of a deep commitment to the environment and society; tirelessly pursued and renewed to meet evolving social and ecological challenges. Simone Pérèle will continue to reflect and adapt on how to better support and empower women into the future.

Product

A majority of Simone Pérèle’s new collections are now created using repurposed and more responsibly sourced materials, including select ranges crafted from 100% OEKO-TEX® certified materials.

Alongside the development of new collections, we continue to revisit our core lines to identify meaningful ways to reduce their environmental impact from material selection and production processes to product longevity, while preserving the quality, fit and craftsmanship our brand is known for.

Through ongoing innovation and conscious design choices, we remain committed to creating premium lingerie with a more thoughtful and sustainable approach for the future, ensuring every collection reflects both our heritage of excellence and our responsibility toward a more mindful industry.

Packaging

Extending beyond the garments, Simone Pérèle has strengthened its packaging policy for both in-store and online purchases to further reduce environmental impact and waste. New measures include the introduction of labels made from 100% recycled paper across all new productions, as well as customisation boxes crafted from 100% recycled cardboard with a natural ink printed logo.

In addition, 100% of polybags used are now made from recyclable plastic, with some already incorporating recycled content. Our shopping bags have also been redesigned to be fully recyclable, made with 50% recycled paper and 100% recycled cotton. Together, these updates reflect a continued commitment to reducing our footprint across every customer touchpoint.

Community

Simone Pérèle is proud to support two women-first organisations, CARE and Thread Together, as part of our commitment to empowerment, community and meaningful impact. Guided by values of confidence and femininity, these partnerships help provide comfort and dignity to women and communities who need it most.

With 50% of production based in Madagascar, supporting CARE was a natural alignment. Together, we have helped provide 105 schools with access to water, hygiene products and sanitation, helping reduce period stigma and improve health outcomes for women and girls.

In Australia, Simone Pérèle also partners with Thread Together, which redistributes new end-of-line clothing to vulnerable communities. To date, we have donated approximately 3,000 pieces of lingerie, extending garment life cycles while offering comfort and confidence to those in need.
