I am a New Customer, How do i create an account?
Creating a customer account will simplify your purchases, help you order quickly and track your orders. To create your account, simply:
- Go to the Simone Pérèle home page
- Click on My Account at the top right
- Click on "Create Account" button
- Complete all mandatory fields
- Click on "Confirm" and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
If you have not received an email from Simone Perele, please check your spam. The "My Account" area allows you to update your personal information and view your orders.
I am an existing customer, how do i activate my online account?
Linking your existing email to a member online account will simplify your purchases, update your personal information, track your orders and view your Simone Rewards. To activate your account, simply:
- Go to the Simone Pérèle home page
- Click on My Account at the top right
- Click on "Email me an activation link" button
- Enter your existing email
- Click on "Confirm" and a validation e-mail will be sent to you.
If you have not received an email from Simone Perele, please check your spam or contact our customer service.
How do I sign into my account?
To sign into your account, simply follow these steps:
- Go to the Simone Pérèle home page
- Click on My Account at the top right
- Under Sign in; enter your email address and password
- Click on the "Sign In" button
I'm having trouble signing into my account.
Click on the top right on "My account" and select "forgot password." Enter your email to receive a link to reset your password.
OR
If you an existing customer please click on "Email me an activation link" and enter your email to receive an activation link to your email.
How can I see my order history?
Click on the top right on "My account" and enter your login details. Then click on "login".
Select "Orders" to see your order history.
How do I unsubscribe from Simone Perele emails?
You can open one of the received newsletters and click on the link: "If you wish to unsubscribe, click on this link". If the link does not work, please contact customer service via here
ORDERS
How do I add an item to my cart?
To add an item to your cart, you can go on a product page, select your size and click on "add to cart". Then you have the choice between "continue shopping" or "see your cart'.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
You can't cancel or modify your order once it has been purchased.
How can I check the status of my order?
Click on the top right on "My account" and enter your login details. Then click on "login".
Select "Orders" to see your order history and status.
PAYMENTS
Is the payment secure ?
You can pay for your purchases online safely. You have the choice between a payment with Credit Card, Shopify Pay, Google Pay or Afterpay.
Which forms of payment can I use?
We accept all major credit cards, shopPay, PayPal, AfterPay, and Google Pay.
When is my account debited ?
The debit is made when you place the order immediately.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
What is your return policy?
Our Returns Policy applies both to Online and In-Store throughout Australia, providing it meets the following criteria.
- Your item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date
- Your item must not have been worn or washed
- Your item must have the original tags still attached
- Your item must be in saleable condition
- For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for briefs, bodysuits and shapewear
- You must provide a proof of purchase which can include one of the following:
- Store receipt
- Order Confirmation
- Packing slip if bought online
- A credit card statement
If your item does not meet all of the requirements above, we reserve the right to not process your return.

How do I make a return?
SIMONE PERELE:
Online purchases are returned to head office via the pre-paid returns label that you received in your original package. If you have misplaced your returns label, for further assistance contact support@simone-perele.com.au
Alternatively you can return your item to a Flagship Simone Pérèle store if bought online - but you can only exchange it for an item that is of the same value or more.
If you require a refund, you can only return the item to our head office using the prepaid returns label. If you want to return or exchange your item after you've bought it online, your item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Step 1: Fill out the Online Returns here OR complete the returns form included in your package.
Step 2: Send your item to us via postage using the pre-paid returns label.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your request to be processed. Once your return has been processed by our team, you will receive a confirmation email.
Get a replacement Returns Label

MARKETPLACES:
If you have purchased an item online at David Jones, you can only return it to David Jones.
If you have purchased an item online at Myer, you can only return it to Myer.
If you have purchased an item at The Iconic, you can only return it to The Iconic.
When can I expect my refund?
If you send an item back to us for a refund that you've bought online, it will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the item.
If you purchased in-store, the refund will be actioned immediately.

How can I get free shipping?
Free shipping is offered on orders $200 or more.
What are the available shipping methods?
We use the Australia Post, and have REGULAR and EXPRESS POSTAGE as options.

How long will it take my order to ship?
Shipping Information (Australia & New Zealand)
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before dispatch from our warehouse in Victoria. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Australian Customers:
Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
New Zealand Customers:
Please allow 5–10 business days for standard international delivery.

A flat-rate shipping fee of $15 AUD applies to all orders delivered to New Zealand

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and customs processing, but most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns from New Zealand are at the expense of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
For hygiene reasons, briefs, shapewear, and bodysuits are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Please contact our customer service team via support@simone-perele.com.au prior to sending your return for instructions and approval.
Customs Duties & Taxes
New Zealand customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by New Zealand customs authorities and are outside of our control.
Any applicable customs fees will be charged directly to you by the courier or customs office before delivery.
Currency & Pricing
All prices on our website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) by default.
The final transaction will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and the amount charged may vary slightly depending on the exchange rate at time of purchase.
Simone Pérèle is not responsible for any additional currency conversion fees or charges applied by your bank or credit card issuer.

How do I become a member of the Loyalty Program?
You can join online at simone-perele.com.au. Membership is free—simply sign up or log in with your email address to start earning rewards.
New Customers
Creating an account makes shopping easier—you can order faster, track your purchases, and update your details anytime.
How to create an account:
- Go to the Simone Pérèle home page.
- Click My Account (top right).
- Select Create Account.
- Fill in the required fields and click Confirm.
- A confirmation email will be sent (check spam if you don’t receive it).
Existing Customers (No Online Account)
If you’ve shopped with us before but don’t have an online account, you can activate one using your existing email. This lets you track orders, update details, and view your Simone Rewards.
How to activate your account:
- Go to the Simone Pérèle home page.
- Click My Account (top right).
- Select Email me an activation link.
- Enter your email and click Confirm.
- Check your inbox for the activation email.
Existing Customers (With Online Account)
How to sign in:
- Go to the Simone Pérèle home page.
- Click My Account (top right).
- Enter your email and password under Sign In.
- Click Sign In.
Is the program available in New Zealand?
Yes! Customers in New Zealand can join. Please note: points are earned in Australian Dollars (AUD), not NZD. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees. You can only redeem via our online site as we have no physical stores in NZ.
How do I earn rewards
To accumulate rewards you must be a member of the Simone Rewards loyalty program and logged in online or confirm your email in-store.
Earn 1 Point per AUD $1 spent (excluding shipping, discounts, and taxes). Plus, you can earn extra points by completing your profile, following us on social media, leaving reviews, and more.
What rewards do I get for joining?
When you sign up as a new customer from the 30th of September, you’ll receive a $10 Welcome Reward voucher (valid for 30 days).
How do I know which tier I’m in?
Log into your member account via the member login page, click on loyalty & rewards and it will show your tier level, points and rewards in live time. Tiers are based on your annual spend, You’ll be notified by email when you change tiers.
How do I check my points balance?
Information on my loyalty account (number of points, status, purchases, etc.) can be viewed by logging into My Account and selecting "Loyalty & Rewards".
When will I receive my points?
Points earned from Simone Pérèle purchases are reflected in your loyalty account immediately.
How do I redeem my points?
Log into your account to redeem points for a voucher. You’ll receive a code via email that can be used online or in Simone Pérèle stores.
Do my points expire?
Loyalty points expire 1 year after the date they are issued.
Do my points reset each year?
Yes, your tier status resets annually on your membership anniversary date.
How do i receive Birthday Rewards?
Depending on your tier, you’ll receive:
Silver: 200 Points
Gold: 400 Points
Platinum: 600 Points
Your birthday must be saved in your profile at least 14 days before your birthday month and on the day of your birthday you'll receive a Birthday email with points allocated to your membership account.
Can I use reward vouchers anywhere?
Reward vouchers can only be used online at simone-perele.com.au or at Simone Pérèle flagship and outlet stores. They are not valid at third-party retailers (e.g. David Jones, The Iconic).
What happens if I return an item?
If you return a purchase, the points earned from that transaction will be deducted from your account.
How do I update my personal details?
Log into your member account online and update the Information page, or contact our support team via email support@simone-perele.com.au if you need to merge email addresses.
How do I add Simone Rewards to my smartphone digital wallet?
To add your Simone Rewards digital card to your smartphone, please follow these steps:
- Log in from a desktop computer
Go to the Simone Pérèle website and sign into your online member account. - Navigate to Rewards & Loyalty
Go to the Information or Rewards & Loyalty page.
Click on the “Sign in to Activate Now” button. - Open the digital card link
You’ll be redirected to an external landing page linked to your account. - Scan the QR code with your smartphone
Use your phone’s camera to scan the QR code provided. - Save to your digital wallet, your phone will prompt you to save the Simone Rewards card to your wallet.
Once saved, you’ll be able to:
View your points balance and tier status anytime.
Use your digital card in Simone Pérèle boutiques and David Jones to quickly link purchases to your member account and earn rewards with every purchase.
HOW DO I REFER A FRIEND & GET A REWARD?
Members can invite friends to shop at Simone Pérèle by sharing their unique referral link, available when logged into their online member account.
- Simply log into your account and go to the Refer a Friend section.
- Share your personal referral link with friends.
- When your friend completes their first purchase of $100 or more, you’ll receive a $10 reward.
- Your friend will receive a welcome $10 reward upon signing up and creating an online account which can be used against their first purchase.
Your referral reward will automatically be applied to your account once your friend’s qualifying purchase is complete.
