How do I create an account?

Creating a customer account will simplify your purchases, help you order quickly and track your orders. To create your account, simply:

-  Go to the Simone Pérèle home page   
-  Click on My Account at the top right     
-  Complete all mandatory fields     
-  Click on "Confirm" and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. 

If you have not received an email from Simone Pérèle, please check your spam. The "My Account" area allows you to update your personal information and view your orders.

How do I log into my account?

Click on the top right on "My account" and enter your login details. Then click on "login".

I'm having trouble signing into my account.

Click on the top right on "My account" and select "forgot password." Enter your email to receive a link to reset your password.

How can I see my order history?

Click on the top right on "My account" and enter your login details. Then click on "login".

Select "Orders" to see your order history.

How do I unsubscribe from Simone Perele emails?

You can open one of the received newsletters and click on the link: "If you wish to unsubscribe, click on this link". If the link does not work, please contact customer service via here


How do I add an item to my cart?

To add an item to your cart, you can go on a product page, select your size and click on "add to cart". Then you have the choice between "continue shopping" or "see your cart'.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

You can't cancel or modify your order once it has been purchased.

How can I check the status of my order?

Click on the top right on "My account" and enter your login details. Then click on "login".

Select "Orders" to see your order history and status.


Is the payment secure ?

You can pay for your purchases online safely. You have the choice between a payment with Credit Card, Shopify Pay, Google Pay or Afterpay.

Which forms of payment can I use?

We accept all major credit cards, shopPay, PayPal, AfterPay, and Google Pay.

When is my account debited ?

The debit is made when you place the order immediately.


What is your return policy?

Our Returns Policy applies both to Online and In-Store throughout Australia, providing it meets the following criteria.

  • Your item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date
  • Your item must not have been worn or washed
  • Your item must have the original tags still attached
  • Your item must be in saleable condition
  • For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for briefs, bodysuits and shapewear
  • You must provide a proof of purchase which can include one of the following:
    - Store receipt
    - Order Confirmation
    - Packing slip if bought online
    - A credit card statement

If your item does not meet all of the requirements above, we reserve the right to not process your return.

How do I make a return?


Online purchases are returned to head office via the pre-paid returns label that you received in your original package. If you have misplaced your returns label, for further assistance contact

Alternatively you can return your item to a Flagship Simone Pérèle store if bought online - but you can only exchange it for an item that is of the same value or more.

If you require a refund, you can only return the item to our head office using the prepaid returns label. If you want to return or exchange your item after you've bought it online, your item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Step 1: Fill out the Online Returns here OR complete the returns form included in your package.

Step 2: Send your item to us via postage using the pre-paid returns label.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your request to be processed. Once your return has been processed by our team, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you have purchased an item online at David Jones, you can only return it to David Jones.

If you have purchased an item online at Myer, you can only return it to Myer.

If you have purchased an item at The Iconic, you can only return it to The Iconic.

When can I expect my refund?

If you send an item back to us for a refund that you've bought online, it will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the item. 

If you purchased in-store, the refund will be actioned immediately.


How can I get free shipping?

Free shipping is offered on orders $200 or more.

What are the available shipping methods?

We use the Australia Post, and have REGULAR and EXPRESS POSTAGE as options.

How long will it take my order to ship?

Please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays. All orders ship from our warehouse in Victoria. Once your order ships, delivery can take 3-7 business days.

Where do you ship to?

We ship domestically in the Australia.
